(Q) How long does it take to produce a Flagit?

(A) Depends on how quickly the artwork can be finalised. Allow 13 to 20 days to produce for a custom design. Stock banners can be delivered within a week or two in most cases. Some of the most common designs (such as OPEN or SALE) we will have in stock, but if you request a specific colour background, we may have to make to order.

(Q) Can our banner be any colour?

(A) Yes any colour, any design including images and photos.

(Q) How long will they last?

(A) Really depends on where they are placed and for how long they are exposed to UV. If they are only used periodically at an event they will last for years. If they are place in a windy location 24/7 they may only last 3 to 6 months, possibly less, possibly more. Traffic flow also has a huge effect on their life span as the traffic fumes affect the life of the fabric. Also whether or not they come into contact with anything when flying. We do not guarantee the lifespan of the flags as we cannot control how they are used.

(Q) Do you guarantee the banners?

(A) We absolutely guarantee that they will give you more exposure and customers.
We guarantee the banners against any manufacturing defects.
We will certainly be happy to talk to anyone who feels that their banners may have failed however we can't give a time period on how long they will last.
We do however guarantee that they are a quality banner produced to the highest standards for the price.

(Q) What colours get the best attention.

(A) Bright plain colour gets the best results. For example Red & White, Blue & White, Yellow & Black, Green & White. One strong colour with a light colour stands out best. Be careful placing images on the banner if they are outside with vegetation in the background as they can be camouflaged and not easily seen.

(Q) Why do they increase customer traffic?

(A) It's simple really. Movement and colour attracts attention. Once potential customers know where you are, they will remember your location if they need your services. A moving sign will out perform a static sign every time.

(Q) Can we get new (replacement) skins for them?

(A) Absolutely and they can be the same or a different design.

(Q) Do you give discounts for numbers?
