We deliver via Courier within New Zealand including Rural.
To other Countries we use DHL.

Products will not be accepted back if the Terms and Conditions are not meet. Replacement goods are subject to availability. If we do not have your particular products in stock we will keep you informed of a dispatch date or offer a full refund. With the return of undamaged products please ensure they are returned to us in the original unused and unopened condition.
PhotoArts NZ Limited would appreciate being made aware of any damaged products within 2 Days of receiving the products. You may contact us by phone or email. Where possible please include photo of any damage and a full description.

In the event you receive damaged goods from us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the retrieval of the damaged goods and make arrangements for the replacement of the appropriate products.
Provided that you email or phone us within 2 days of receiving damaged goods it is our policy to replace the goods within 14 working days of receiving the damage goods back.
We accept credit card payments from the Visa & Master Card. You will be charged when you confirm your order.
Your credit card details are not stored in our system.
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand.
